Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Bidgorithm handles business, technical, and advertising-related data when operating our OpenRTB infrastructure and related services.

Last updated: May 3, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy applies to Bidgorithm websites, business communications, partner onboarding, platform integrations, reporting services, and programmatic advertising infrastructure.

Where Bidgorithm processes data on behalf of an SSP, supply partner, DSP, advertiser, or other business partner, the applicable agreement may define each party's privacy and data protection responsibilities.

2. Data We Collect

We may collect business contact details, company information, account credentials, integration details, billing records, support communications, and technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, log data, bid request metadata, and performance metrics.

Programmatic advertising data may include impression events, auction signals, supply source details, consent strings, approximate location, user agent, device identifiers, and other information made available through industry-standard advertising protocols.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to operate the exchange, authenticate partners, process bid requests, route demand, detect invalid traffic, maintain reporting, troubleshoot integrations, prevent misuse, support billing, and improve marketplace quality.

We may also use business contact information to respond to inquiries, manage partner relationships, send service notices, and communicate about relevant platform updates.

4. How Data Is Shared

Data may be shared with publishers, DSPs, advertisers, verification providers, analytics providers, hosting vendors, payment processors, professional advisors, and other service providers where necessary to deliver and protect the platform.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, regulatory request, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Bidgorithm, our partners, and the advertising ecosystem.

5. Privacy Choices and Controls

Depending on your location and relationship with Bidgorithm, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal information.

Advertising preferences may also be managed through device settings, browser controls, consent management platforms, or applicable industry opt-out tools.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to maintain controls appropriate for a business-to-business advertising platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, support audits, comply with law, and operate reliable reporting and billing processes.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our services, legal requirements, or operating practices evolve. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

9. Contact

Privacy questions or requests may be sent to contact@bidgorithm.com.
