Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Bidgorithm services, including our OpenRTB infrastructure, intelligent bidding technology, reporting tools, and related support services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, integrating with, or using Bidgorithm, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Additional written insertion orders, platform agreements, data processing terms, or commercial schedules may apply. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement between the parties will control for the conflicting subject matter.
2. Platform Access and Use
Bidgorithm provides technology for connecting SSPs, supply partners, demand partners, DSPs, and media buyers through programmatic advertising transactions.
You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and data security requirements.
3. Partner Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Bidgorithm, including business details, payment information, technical endpoints, inventory declarations, and authorized seller records.
You must maintain appropriate technical, operational, and security controls for your systems and must not interfere with the integrity, availability, or performance of the platform.
4. Traffic Quality and Prohibited Activity
Partners may not submit or monetize invalid, fraudulent, incentivized, misrepresented, malware-related, or artificially generated traffic. Bidgorithm may reject, filter, throttle, suspend, or investigate traffic that appears unsafe, non-compliant, or inconsistent with marketplace quality standards.
Supply partners are expected to support recognized transparency standards such as ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and accurate supply chain disclosures where applicable.
5. Data, Privacy, and Reporting
Each party must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws, platform policies, consent requirements, and industry frameworks relevant to the regions where advertising is delivered.
Reporting, logs, analytics, and performance metrics may be used to operate the marketplace, detect fraud, optimize routing, validate billing, troubleshoot integrations, and improve platform performance.
6. Fees, Payments, and Taxes
Commercial terms, payment timing, fees, revenue share, deductions, minimum thresholds, and invoice procedures may be specified in a separate agreement or order form.
Bidgorithm may withhold or adjust payments related to invalid traffic, policy violations, chargebacks, billing disputes, technical errors, or amounts not collected from demand sources.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on a business-to-business basis and may depend on third-party exchanges, DSPs, publishers, verification vendors, cloud infrastructure, and data providers. Bidgorithm does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific revenue, fill rate, bid volume, or campaign performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidgorithm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operating practices. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
